International Law

International law can be defined as a system of binding norms, expressed in sources recognized by the subjects of this law, which are generally binding criteria of legally permissible and legally impermissible and through which (norms) international cooperation in relevant areas is managed or compliance with the rules of this law is enforced.

Public international law is the most closely related to private international law. The subjects of both branches are states, international intergovernmental organizations and in some cases transnational corporations and even individuals. The sources of public and private international law are international treaties and customary international law. The basic principles of public international law are also those of private law.

Human Rights

Human rights are the inalienable possession of all human beings, without distinction of any kind on the basis of race, color, sex, language, religion, national or social origin, or any other aspect. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many others. These rights should be enjoyed by all human beings, without discrimination of any kind.
