I was really going well until last Friday. Lost about $35,000 in ONE DAY due to a crazy drop in the markets.
My blog hit it’s Blogoversary this month.
I am still up for the month so no complaints. I have seriously shed some debt over the last several quarters and now I’m at a lean mean fighting weight of just mortgage debt.

Tracking your own net worth is perhaps the second most important thing you can do to improve your financial picture. Budgeting your expenses to see where the money goes is probably still number one.
Budgeting is like paying attention to ball game while tracking net worth is like paying attention to the baseball season.
Months can goes up or down, you need a longer picture to evaluate your progress. You are either bringing in more money than you’re spending or you are losing money each month. Tracking Net Worth is easy, useful, and addictive.
Tracking has been critical in my progress too:)
Losing 35,000 in one day stinks but I’d love to be in that position of course I lost all my for that last 2 months but I have a plan. Your net worth is killing it. Keep it up
I think this market is just people taking gains due to the new tax rates, the fundamentals are still strong and there does not seem like a much better place to keep your money anytime soon.
